You may use this website to learn about our bakery, view what we make and contact us. You agree that you will not:

• introduce viruses, malicious code or anything designed to damage or disrupt the website;

3. Products and Services

House Of Bakery prepares and sells bakery products, including cookies and biscuits, cakes, pastries and bakery favourites such as khari, fan, tai and rusk. We also take party and bulk orders, prepare custom celebration cakes and put together customised gift hampers.

Products are sold from our bakery premises in Jaipur. This website does not process online payments and does not itself conclude a sale.

4. Product Information

We try to describe our products accurately. However, our products are made by hand in batches, and the following applies:

• Photographs are illustrative. Images on this website show the type of product described. The item you receive may differ in appearance, size, colour, decoration or finish.
• Natural variation. Colour, texture, shape and weight can vary between batches, and with the season and the ingredients available.
• Descriptions are summaries. A short description on this website is not a complete ingredient list or specification.

Allergens and dietary requirements

Our products are prepared in a bakery that handles wheat and other cereals containing gluten, milk and dairy, tree nuts such as cashew, and other common allergens. Traces may be present in any product, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from a specific allergen.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or a specific dietary requirement, please tell us before you order and confirm the details with us directly. Where a product is described as eggless, it is prepared without egg, but it is still made in a shared bakery environment.

5. Orders and Enquiries

The enquiry form on this website, and any message you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, is a request, not a confirmed order.

• An order exists only when we have confirmed it with you directly, including the items, quantity, date and price.
• We may decline or be unable to accept an order — for example if we do not have capacity for the date, if ingredients are unavailable, or if the request is outside what we make.
• Custom cakes, bulk quantities and gift hampers need advance notice. The notice period depends on the order; we will tell you what is possible when you enquire.
• We may ask for an advance payment on custom, bulk or large orders before we begin preparing them.
• Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, orders that have been confirmed and started may not be cancellable. Cancellation, changes and any refund are handled case by case, and we will explain the position when you confirm your order.

Please check your order at the time of collection. If something is not right, tell us at once so we can put it right.

6. Pricing

Prices are not published on this website. Our products are sold by weight, by piece, by box and by custom specification, and the rate depends on the item, the quantity and the requirement.

We will quote you a price when you enquire. A quotation is valid for the order and the date discussed, and may change if your requirement changes or if ingredient costs move significantly before the order is confirmed. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, include or exclude taxes as we state at the time of quoting.

7. Availability

What is on the counter changes through the day and through the year. A product appearing on this website does not mean it is available at the moment you visit.

Some varieties are seasonal, some are made in limited batches, and popular items sell out. If you need something specific, please contact us in advance so we can tell you whether it is available or prepare it for you.

8. Intellectual Property

The House Of Bakery name, the House Of Bakery logo and the “Baking The Difference” tagline belong to us. The design, layout, text, graphics and photographs on this website are owned by us or used by us with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may:
