Hamper terms & conditions
  • Personalised branding: custom branding, including personalised tags, cards, stickers, sleeves or other branding elements, is available at an additional cost.
  • Customisation: hamper contents and food items can be customised based on the client's requirements, subject to availability and feasibility.
  • Availability: hampers and individual products are available on a limited-stock basis and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery: delivery charges are additional and borne by the client. Timelines vary with destination and order quantity.
  • Carry bags: carry bags are not included in the hamper price and can be provided at an additional cost.
  • Taxes: all prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable GST.
  • Order confirmation: an order is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
  • Bulk & corporate orders: please place these in advance to allow time for production, customisation and packaging.
  • Custom orders: once approved and confirmed, customised orders may not be eligible for cancellation or changes, depending on the stage of production.
  • Product availability: if a product or ingredient becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a suitable alternative of equivalent value, after informing the client.
  • Final approval: designs, branding artwork, hamper contents and customisation details are final once approved by the client.
  • Delivery & handling: House Of Bakery is not responsible for damage, deterioration or quality changes resulting from delays or improper handling after delivery.
  • Photography & presentation: actual hamper presentation may vary slightly with product availability, packaging materials and seasonal requirements, while maintaining the overall look and value of the hamper.
